Platform Pathways provides residents with 24-hour care, 7 days a week in a safe, homelike environment, while offering the supervision, counseling, and specialized treatment they need to thrive. Our comprehensive, trauma-informed program supports the emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs of each youth through individualized therapy, psychiatric and educational services, life skills training, and structured recreation.
We collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and community partners to ensure consistency and stability from intake and assessment through transition and aftercare, empowering every resident to heal, grow, and build the foundation for a healthy, independent future.
Platform Pathways is dedicated to providing a safe, caring, and structured environment for boys ages 7–17 impacted by trauma, abuse, neglect, or emotional challenges. We focus on discipline, cooperation, tutoring for academic success, counseling for emotional health, and building strong foundations for lifelong well-being.
